Sweet Potato Fries

4 med-large yams or sweet potatoes

1. Wash and cut potatoes into desired shape. Some like large wedges, others circle chips and others long and skinny. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.

2.  Mix potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and salt.  Place potatoes on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

3.  Flip potatoes, continue baking for another 20 minutes or until your desired crispness is obtained.  The longer they are baked the crispier they get.
